Tiger Woods has been named the PGA of America's Player of the Year after winning five times on the PGA Tour as well as claiming the money title and Vardon Trophy.
Tiger Woods: PGAA Player of the Year
The world number one was awarded 90 points - 20 each for the Vardon Trophy for lowest scoring average and the money title, and 10 for each of his PGA Tour victories.
It is the 11th time Woods was awarded the title and ninth time that he won the Vardon, although it is the first time he won either since 2009.
Earlier this month Woods was awarded the Arnold Palmer Award on the PGA Tour when he topped the money list with prize money in excess of $8.5million.
However, Woods was edged out by Steve Stricker for the Byron Nelson Award after averaging 68.945 per round to Woods' 68.985.
Unlike the Vardon, a player doesn't need to complete 60 rounds to win the Byron Nelson - Striker completed 51 rounds as opposed to Woods' 61.
Although the PGA Tour awards for player of the year and rookie of the year is yet to be decided - the winners are announced on Friday - Woods is the favourite to win the main title for the 11th year.
While he was unable to add to his 14 majors, his five PGA titles are three more than anyone else this year.
"Well, look at the fact that I had five wins this year," he said after his final round at the Tour Championship on Sunday.
"So I think that's a pretty good year.
"I had a number of chances to win some tournaments.
"I won five, which I think is a pretty good year. I've done that a few times over the course of my career. I wish I would have been a little more consistent in some of the events. But overall, at the end of the day, to add to the win total for the year, it's always a good thing."
Jordan Spieth appears to be a shoe-in for the rookie award after winning the John Deere Classic, qualifying for the Tour Champs and earning a call-up to the Presidents Cup team.
