PRIVILEGES AND OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS

Members are entitled to use the facilities of the Club in accordance with the Company’s regulations when the membership card is presented. |

Members do not pay Green Fees. |
| 3. |
Members are entitled to invite their guests to the golf course in accordance with the Regulations of the Club. |
| 4. |
Members have priority in reserving tee-off times. |
| 5. |
A member’s handicap will be provided as well as stored for their reference. |

Membership is transferable, and its members may be changed(in the case of corporate memberships) in accordance with the Regulations of the Club. |

Members are required to pay annual dues in full and in a timely manner according to the Regulations of the Club. |
| 8. |
Both members and their guests must respect and abide by the Charter, Regulations and Policies of the Club. |

Members are entitled to all other privileges and obligations according to the Regulations of the Club. |
| 10. |
Members who violate the Charter, Regulations or Policies of the Club, and/or any related Regulations are subject to the suspension or termination of their membership. |
| 11. |
The Company has the right to amend, supplement, and/or replace the regulations relating to the privileges and obligations of its members depended on the Club's activities from time to time. |
