B. REGULATIONS OF GOLF PLAY

1.1 |
This policy will be effective as of May 22nd 2013 and replace the decision from September 29th 2012. |
1.2 |
Twilight golf will be available Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Wednesday Special ends when night golf begins, therefore 2nd round special can not be used during night golf. |
1.3 |
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday the club may apply the night golf special with a minimum of 12 players with an advanced booking and approval from the Director of Golf. |
1.4 |
Some Kiosks will be open as well as restrooms until last customer. |
1.5 |
Due to bad weather 9 holes rain checks will be given out but can only be used during Twilight golf hours. |
1.6 |
Turn on lights Behind Clubhouse, hole #7 and #9 Lakeside for safety. |
1.7 |
Tee times will be 15:00 - 17:30 and priority for group tee off before 15:00. |
1.8 |
Lights will turn off at 22:00. Clubhouse and all Operations will close at 22:30. |
1.9 |
Price will be 1,530,000 VND which includes green fee, facilty fee and caddy fee. |
1.10 |
Buggies are optional for all players, including members with an offered discount rate of 50% off of the public buggy fee for 9 or 18 holes if available. Maximum of 2 buggies per group. |
1.11 |
Caddy booking is available but not guaranteed. Booking will confirm with customer 1 day in advance. |
1.12 |
Lakeside 9 hole rate is 880,000 VND which includes green fee, caddy fee and facilty fee. |
1.13 |
Lakeside Tee times for 9 holes will be 15:00 - 16:45 with Seasonal adjustments. |
1.14 |
There will be no rain checks if the player does not finish 18 holes before 10:00pm. It is the player’s responsibility to finish in time. |
1.15 |
Booking office will be closed at 19:00. |

2.1 |
Members have priority in reserving tee times and caddies. |
2.2 |
Tee times may be reserved by telephone, fax, email, or in person, and must be confirmed. |
2.3 |
Tee times and caddies must be reserved three (03) days in advance for weekend play and one (01) day in advance for weekday play. |
2.4 |
Only tee times that appear on the tee time reservation sheet may be reserved. |
2.5 |
Only groups consisting of a minimum of 02 (two) persons and a maximum 04 (four) persons can reserve a tee time. |
2.6 |
Each member may only reserve one tee time per day on the weekend. |
2.7 |
Corporations and individuals who wish to organize a private tournament, or tourist companies that have signed golf agency contracts with the Company must schedule all reservations and arrangements at least 07 (seven) days in advance. |
2.8 |
Members and guests without a reservation may still be able to reserve a tee time on-site at the Club depending on the actual situation on the course at the time of reservation. |

3.1 |
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. |
3.2 |
Cancellations must be sent by fax or email in order to be properly recorded and confirmed. |
3.3 |
Members or guests who reserve a tee time but do not show up to play (“no-shows”) will receive a letter from the Manager beginning immediately from the first violation. |
3.4 |
After a Member or guest reserves a tee time but does not show up to play (“no-shows”) 03 (three) times, restrictions will be placed on his/her privelages in reserving future tee time and his/her membership may be suspended. |

4. NUMBER OF PLAYERS IN A GROUP

4.1 |
The minimum number of players permitted in a group is 02 (two) and the maximum number of players permitted is 04 (four). |
4.2 |
Single players will be joined with other players for making a group. |
4.3 |
A 02 (two) player group may be required to play together with additional players if deemed necessary by the starter. |

5. LATE ARRIVALS AND PLAYERS WITHOUT RESERVATIONS

5.1 |
Players are responsible for arriving at the tee 10 (ten) minutes prior to the scheduled tee time. |
5.2 |
The situation of players that arrive late for their tee time and players that have not reserved a tee time in advance will be considered and decided by the Club’s authorized Manager. |

6.1 |
Pace of play is set at 02 (two) hours and 15 (fifteen) minutes per nine holes. |
6.2 |
Players must keep up with the group in front of them. |
6.3 |
Groups that fall behind will be advised to increase their pace of play by the Course Marshall. |
6.4 |
The Course Marshall reserves the right to move groups into another position if they are not able to catch up their pace of play after being advised. |
6.5 |
Groups may stop for breaks at kiosks, but only if it does not hold up the overall pace of play. |
6.6 |
Slower groups are obligated to allow faster groups to play through. |
6.7 |
Players who repeatedly hold up the pace of play will receive a letter from the Club’s authorized Manager and may receive restrictions on reserving future tee times. |
6.8 |
The “Call Hole” practice does not apply to par 3 holes. Players are required to maintain their pace of play and move on to the next tee in a timely manners. |

7. HANDICAP AND SCORE CARD

7.1 |
The Club’s authorized manager has the right to refuse any golfer without a handicap from playing on the course if their ability is not of a sufficient standard. |
7.2 |
The caddie will hand in the member’s score card at the end of every round regardless of their performance. After at least 20 (twenty) rounds of play, members will receive an official handicap. |
7.3 |
The Club will also provide a handicap to non-members if they request and pay the related fees as regulated by the Club. After at least 20 (twenty) rounds of play, they will receive an official handicap. |

8.1 |
Anyone who drives a golf cart must have a valid B1 driver’s license or equivelant. |
8.2 |
Care of the golf cart is the sole responsibility of the player. |
8.3 |
The player is responsible for any damage to the golf cart, Club property, player’s property, or injury to any person as a result of improper operation of the golf cart. |
8.4 |
Caddies are not permitted to drive golf carts. If a caddie drives the golf cart at the request of a player, any damage or injury that occurs as a result is the sole responsibility of the player. |
8.5 |
A maximum of two players, two caddies and two golf bags may ride on one 2-seat golf cart at a time. |
8.6 |
Golf carts must be driven on the cart path, and must be parked at least 30 (thirty) yards away from the green, or following any further instructions posted at the hole. Members or guests who do not follow this rule may lose golf cart privileges for the day. Other cases are decided by the Club’s authorized Manager. |
8.7 |
Golf carts are to be kept on the cart path at the teeing ground and all par three’s. |

9. SAFETY ON THE GOLF COURSE

9.1 |
Players must ensure that their shots do not endanger anyone in their vicinity. |
9.2 |
If a player feels that his/her shot is going to endanger someone, he/she should call out the word “Ball!” or “Fore!” to signal others in the vicinity of the impending danger. |
9.3 |
The following rules apply in the case of lightning: |
a. |
All Members, guests and caddies must immediately cease play and head to the nearest kiosk when lightning is present or when hearring the warning siren of the Club. |
b. |
Caddies are not permitted to follow any request from players that violates the above item 9.3.a. Any caddies who break this regulation may be terminated, as well as be held responsible for any damages caused as a result of the violation. |
c. |
Play will resume when the Club’s authorized Manager indicates that it is safe to continue. |

10.1 |
The driving range is open to players to practice before they tee off and to Members who wish to practice only. |
10.2 |
The driving range is open for practice to players of the general public who pay the fees as regulated by the Club. |
10.3 |
Practice balls will be charged as regulated. |

11.1 |
Players must report to the Starter at least 10 (ten) minutes prior to tee time. |
11.2 |
All players must have a caddie accompany them on the course. |
11.3 |
No practicing is permitted on the golf course. |
11.4 |
Non-playing spectators are allowed to go along with Members on the course but must pay a walking fee and must be properly attired. |
11.5 |
Each player must have his/her own set of golf clubs. Sharing golf clubs is not permitted. |
11.6 |
Players without night bookings who are on the course when it gets dark will be able to finish their last holes under the lights with the permission of The Club authorized Manager. |
11.7 |
Players are responsible for preserving the condition of the Club property and will be held responsible for any damages they cause. |

12.1 |
Starters have authority over tee times and pace of play. |
12.2 |
All players must follow the directions of the authority in charge at any particular time and all regulations of the Club. |
12.3 |
A player has the right to bring to the attention of the Club’s authorized Manager to consider and solve solution if the player does not agree with any directions issued by staff. |

13. GOLF COURSE ETIQUETTE

Players must always be polite while on the course. |
13.1 |
The Spirit of the Game |
a. |
Players must understand and completely abide by the rules of golf. |
b. |
Players must always be honest with themselves and other players. All players must conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy and sportsmanship at all times, irrespective of how competitive they may be. |
13.2 |
Courtesy on the Course |
a. |
Refrain from loud conversations on the telephone and with others nearby. Minimize telephone use whenever possible. When using the telephone, speak at a level that does not affect others. |
b. |
Always stand to the side of the line of play and never directly behind the line of intended ball flight. |
c. |
Do not move and keep quiet while another player is playing his shot or during his/her pre-shot routine |
d. |
After finishing a hole, immediately move on to the next tee. Scoring and discussions should take place on the way to the next tee. |
