A. REGULATIONS OF THE CLUB

From MONDAY TO THURSDAY
Restaurant: 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
Golf Course: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm
Driving Range: 6:00 am – 5:00 pm
On Course Kiosks: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
From FRIDAY TO SUNDAY
Restaurant: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm
Golf Course: 6:00 am – 9:30 pm
Driving Range: 6:00 am – 5:00 pm
On Course Kiosks: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
These operation hours may be changed from time to time according to the Company’s decision.

Those who may enter the Club include: |
2.1 |
Club Members: |
a. |
Club Members are required to present their membership card to Club staff upon arrival. |
2.2 |
Club Member’s Guests: |
a. |
Club Member’s Guests are persons accompanied by Members into the Club. |
b. |
The number of Member’s Guests accompanied by Members into the Club is regulated in Part A, Article 4 of this document. |
2.3 |
Visiting Groups: |
a. |
Visiting groups are a group of persons who have come to the Club to play golf and have reserved a tee time in advance. |
2.4 |
Walk-in Guests: |
a. |
Walk-in guests are persons who do not have membership cards but be permitted by the Club’s authorized Manager to enter the Club to play golf or to participate in conferences or workshops. |

3.1 |
The Club have car park only reserved for Members and guests. |
3.2 |
Members and guests shall have proper parking place specified. Do not park in non parking areas. |
3.3 |
The driver of the members and guests can relax and use of public facilities at mainland kiosk for the driver. |
3.4 |
Club forbids all acts and forms of gambling for the driver, staff within the Club. |

Members and guests must comply with the following regulations under the guidance of Valet and boat driver at the dock and on the boat: |
4.1 |
Members and guests are not allowed to push, shove, cause disorder. |
4.2 |
Members and guests must not exceed the maximum capacity. |
4.3 |
Members and guests do not travel and/or sit only one side while on the boat. |

5.1 |
Members are entitled to the use of all the Club’s public facilities as regulated by the Company. |
5.2 |
Members will be provided membership cards after satisfying the necessary conditions required under the regulations of the Company. |
5.3 |
Members are required to carry membership cards at all times while in the Club and be able to present them when be requested by the Club’s authorized Manager. |
5.4 |
Members can transfer their membership cards to other persons/ companies by paying 15% of the current joining fee rate (not including Honorary, Complimentary and Short Term membership cards) according to the “Regulations of Membership Transfer” of the Company. |
5.5 |
Members are only permitted to use membership cards with their own names and pictures on them (with the exception of Floating membership cards). |
5.6 |
Members are responsible for reporting immediately to the Club’s authorized Manager if their cards are lost, damaged, or stolen. Members must then complete the application for obtaining a replacement card and pay all related fees according to the current regulations of the Company. |
5.7 |
Members must return their membership cards to the Company upon termination of their membership. |

6.1 |
One Member may accompany up to 07 (seven) guests on weekdays and up to 03 (three) guests on weekends and public holidays to play golf at the entry fee reserved for member’s guest. |
6.2 |
Members who accompany a larger number of guests than that be regulated in Part A, item 6.1 must receive permission of the Club’s authorized Manager, which is based on the actual situation of the golf course at the time. Each exceeds guest must pay the entry fee reserved for a walk-in guest according to the current fee. |

7.1 |
Walk-in guests are required to notify the Club of their intention to enter the Club in advance and they must be approved by the Club’s authorized Manager before entering the Club. |
7.2 |
Walk-in guests are entitled to the use of all the Club’s public facilities and are obligated to pay all fees as regulated. |

8. CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS OLD

8.1 |
Children under 18 (eighteen) years old must be accompanied by a Club Member 18+ (eighteen or more) years old when entering the Club. |
8.2 |
Children under 08 (eight) years old are not permitted to play golf. A Member who wishes to bring a child under 08 (eight) years old onto the golf course must receive permission from the Club’s authorized Manager, must rent a golf cart and pay a visitor’s fee for the child. |
8.3 |
Children under 14 (fourteen) years old must be under the supervision of an adult at all times while in the Club. |
8.4 |
Children under 18 (eighteen) years old are not permitted to drive a golf cart. |
8.5 |
The Regulations of the Club are not exempt for children under 18 (eighteen) years old. Members will be held fully responsible for the behavior of any child under 18 (eighteen) years old that they accompany into the Club. The Company can intervene at any time (if necessary). |

9.1 |
Dress Code in the Clubhouse: |
a. |
Members and guests are required to wear proper “country club” attire while in the public areas of the Club. |
b. |
Women are permitted to wear sleeveless shirts or dresses. |
c. |
Shorts and skirts must be tailored and not more than 6 inches (equivalent to 15.24 cm) above the knee. |
d. |
Only shoes and sandals with ankle straps are permitted, except in the locker area. |
e. |
The following attire is forbidden:
- Attire with printed words, symbols, or images that are considered indecent, offensive, or unsuitable with cultural and ethical values.
- Athletic shorts, shirts without collars, sleeveless T-shirts (for men). |
9.2 |
Dress Code on the Golf Course: |
a. |
Men’s shirts must have collars and sleeves. |
b. |
Women’s shirts must have a collar and/or sleeves. |
c. |
No jeans or athletic shorts. |
d. |
Shorts and skirts must be tailored and not more than 6” (equivalent to 15.24 cm) above the knee. |
e. |
All garments must be hemmed. No cut-offs. |
f. |
No golf shoes with metal spikes. Only golf shoes with soft spikes are allowed. |

10.1 |
Always maintain an amiable, polite attitude. |
10.2 |
Do not make noise or cause disruptions, quarrels, or fights |
10.3 |
Offensive language is not permitted. |
The playing privileges of Members or guests who commit any of the behaviours mentioned in the above article 10.2 or 10.3 will be suspended and the offending Member(s) or guest(s) will be requested to leave the course immediately. |

11.1 |
Mobile phones must be set to silent or vibrate to avoid disturbing others. |
11.2 |
Refrain from loud telephone conversations. Minimize telephone use whenever possible. When using the telephone, speak at a level that does not affect others. |

Refrain from taking photos or filming video without the permission of the authorized Manager of the Club.

Refrain from littering on Club property. Garbage must be placed in trash cans and cigarette butts must be placed in ashtrays in designated areas.

Noise must be kept to a minimum level in all areas to avoid disturbing Members and guests.

15. FOOD AND BEVERAGES, PETS, AND DANGEROUS OBJECTS

15.1 |
No food or beverage may be brought into the Club from outside. |
15.2 |
Pets are not allowed in the Club. |
15.3 |
Weapons or other objects which may cause injury, such as knives, swords, guns, ammunition, and other flammable or explosive substances … are not allowed in the Club. |

Members and guests may offer their suggestions through the “Suggestion Book” of the Club.

17.1 |
The restaurant is only open to members, member’s guests and walk-in guests. Other persons must make a reservation and receive the permission from the Club’s authorized Manager. |
17.2 |
Groups of 20 persons or more must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. |
17.3 |
Members, member’s guests or other persons who wish to organize a special event at the restaurant must contact the Club to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. |

18.1 |
Members, guests and visitors will be granted use of a locker for the day when playing golf. |
18.2 |
All locker keys must be returned to the locker attendant before leaving the Club. |
18.3 |
There will be a charge for each lost locker key according to the Club’s regulations. |
18.4 |
Every person is responsible for their own personal belongings. The Company will not be responsible under any circumstances for any items that are lost, damaged or stolen as a result of being brought into the locker room . |

19.1 |
The Club provides conference venues for lease. |
19.2 |
The conference room is only open to Members or guests who have booked and confirmed their reservation. |
19.3 |
Members and guests are responsible for abiding by Club’s regulations related to the reservation and use of conference rooms. |

20. PERSONAL PROPERTY PRESERVATION

20.1 |
The Club does not encourage Members or guests to carry valuables with them to the Club. If Members or guests carry valuables with them to the Club, they should report to the reception desk in order to be provided with a means of safe storage. |
20.2 |
The Club will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to any personal property of any Member, Member’s family, Member’s guest or walk-in player if they fail to report to the reception desk in order to be provided with a means of safe storage. |
20.3 |
Members and guests of the Club must care for their own personal belongings and valuables, except in the case of the above item 20.1. |
20.4 |
Caddie will take excellent care of the player and their equipment on the golf course when they are assigned to their player. (but they will not take personal responsibility for the player’s belongings.) |

21.1 |
The Company will be financially responsible for accidents that occur to Members and guests within the Club to the maximum extent provided by the insurance policy purchased by the Company. |
21.2 |
The Company will not be responsible for damage to any equipment or belongings of any Member or guest of the Club. |
21.3 |
Members and guests shall be held responsible for any behavior endangering themselves or others in the Club. |

22.1 |
Daily Bills |
a. |
Members and guests are required to acknowledge all food and beverage orders, as well as other charges by signing their names and member numbers on the order ticket. |
b. |
Walk-in guests who rent golf clubs from the Club must leave a deposit in accordance with the Club’s Regulations. The deposit will be returned when the player returns the golf clubs and pays all related service fees in full. |
c. |
All charges must be paid to the cashier prior to leaving the Club. |
d. |
Payments will be accepted in the form of cash or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted. Members and guests will receive an itemized receipt for their records and a bag tag stamped “Paid” that will be handed to the valet before leaving the Club. |
22.2 |
Annual Dues |
a. |
The annual dues is a fee collected annually for maintaining the green, repairing and replacing old machinery, purchasing necessary equipment and other related issues. |
b. |
Annual Dues are calculated according to the following categories of player: |
i. |
Active (unlimited rounds played per year); |
ii. |
Out-town (maximum 12 rounds played per year); |
iii. |
Absent (no rounds played per year). |
c. |
Members are required to pay the annual dues according to the “Regulation of Annual Dues” issued by the Company. |
