23.1 Members and guests must maintain the course condition and compensate for any damage as determined by the Manager.
23.2 Golf carts may only be used in permitted areas and in accordance with staff instructions.
23.3 Causing damage to greens or holes using clubs or other equipment is prohibited.
23.4 The Manager may require violators to leave the Club and compensate for damages if necessary.
22.1 Daily Bills
22.1.1 Members and guests must acknowledge food, beverage, and other service charges by signing order slips with their names and Membership numbers.
22.1.2 Players renting golf clubs must leave a deposit, refundable upon return of the clubs and full settlement of charges.
22.1.3 All charges must be paid in full prior to leaving the Club.
22.1.4 Payment may be made in cash or by credit card. A detailed receipt and a “Paid” bag tag must be obtained and returned before departure.
22.2 Annual Dues
22.2.1 Annual Dues are collected annually to maintain facilities and for capital improvements as determined by the Company.
22.2.2 Members must pay Annual Dues in accordance with the Company’s “Regulations on Annual Dues.”
1.1 The Club area includes the golf courses, clubhouse, parking areas, boats and boat docks, driving range, and all other related facilities.
1.2 The audience subject to these Regulations includes Members, Members’ Guests, non-members, spectators, tour agents, and golf staff.

The hours of operation may be adjusted by the Company from time to time and may vary seasonally.
Persons permitted to enter the Club include:
3.1 Members
Members must present their Membership Card to Club staff upon arrival.
3.2 Member’s Guests
3.2.1 Member’s Guests are persons accompanied by Members into the Club.
3.2.2 The number of Member’s Guests is regulated under Part A, Article 6 of these Regulations.
3.3 Visiting Groups
Visiting Groups are groups of persons who come to the Club to play golf and have reserved a tee time in advance.
3.4 Visitors
Visitors are persons who do not hold Membership Cards but have obtained permission from the Manager to enter the Club for the purpose of playing golf, attending conferences, or participating in workshops.
3.5 Tour Agents
Tour Agents are persons accompanying a group of golfers for the purpose of assisting such groups at the Club.
3.6 Spectators
Spectators are persons who accompany a player without the purpose of playing golf themselves.
3.7 Company’s Staff
Company staff are persons authorized to enter the Club to perform duties assigned by the Company.
4.1 The Club car park is reserved for Members and guests of the Club.
4.2 Members and guests must park only in designated parking areas. Parking in non-designated areas is prohibited.
4.3 Drivers of Members and guests may rest and use public facilities as indicated by the Club.
4.4 Gambling in any form by drivers or staff within the Club premises is strictly prohibited.
5.1 Members are entitled to use all public facilities of the Club in accordance with the Company’s regulations.
5.2 Membership Cards shall be issued after Members satisfy all conditions required under the Company’s regulations.
5.3 Members must carry their Membership Cards at all times while using Club services and present them upon request by the Manager.
5.4 Members may transfer their Membership Cards to other persons or corporations upon payment of the applicable transfer fees in accordance with the Company’s “Regulations on Membership Transfer,” excluding Honorary, Complimentary, and Short-term one-year Membership Cards.
5.5 Members may only use Membership Cards bearing their own names and photographs, except for Floating Membership Cards.
5.6 Members must immediately notify the Manager if their Membership Cards are lost, damaged, or stolen, complete the application for replacement, and pay all related fees in accordance with current Company regulations.
5.7 Members must return their Membership Cards to the Company upon termination of Membership.
6.1 A Member may accompany up to seven (07) guests on weekdays and up to three (03) guests on weekends and public holidays to play golf at the entry fee reserved for Member’s Guests. The permitted number of guests may be amended by the Company from time to time.
6.2 If a Member accompanies more guests than permitted under Article 6.1, entry shall be subject to approval by the Manager based on actual course conditions. Each additional guest must pay the entry fee in accordance with the prevailing tariff or the Manager’s decision.
7.1 Visitors and spectators must register in advance and obtain approval from the Manager before entering the Club.
7.2 Visitors and spectators may use the Club’s public facilities and must pay all applicable fees in accordance with regulations.
8.1 Children under eight (08) years old are not permitted to play golf or enter the golf course unless authorized by the Manager.
8.2 Children under eighteen (18) years old must be supervised at all times by a Member and/or Member’s Guest aged eighteen (18) or above while within the Club.
8.3 Children under eighteen (18) years old are not permitted to drive golf carts.
8.4 The Club’s Regulations apply fully to persons under eighteen (18) years old. Guardians or accompanying adults bear full responsibility for the conduct of such children. The Company may intervene when deemed necessary.
9.1 Clubhouse
Members and guests must comply with the published dress code, including golf attire or smart casual clothing.
9.2 Golf Course and Driving Range
9.2.1 Jeans and athletic shorts are not permitted.
9.2.2 All garments must be hemmed; cut-offs are not permitted.
9.2.3 Only golf shoes with soft spikes are permitted.
9.2.4 Casual shoes are not permitted on greens.
9.2.5 Men’s shirts must have collars and sleeves.
9.3 Non-compliance with the dress code may result in suspension of playing privileges and/or a request to leave the Club by the Manager.
10.1 Members and guests must maintain polite and respectful conduct at all times.
10.2 Noise, disturbances, or indecent physical acts are strictly prohibited.
10.3 Drunken behavior is not permitted.
10.4 Offensive language is prohibited.
10.5 Publishing or posting content that negatively affects the reputation or image of the golf courses on social media or other platforms is prohibited.
10.6 Members or guests violating Articles 10.1 to 10.5 may have their playing privileges suspended and may be requested to leave the Club by the Manager.
11.1 Mobile phones must be set to silent or vibrate mode at all times.
11.2 Loud conversations should be avoided. Phone usage should be minimized in the clubhouse, on the course, and in function areas.
11.3 The Manager may request any person not complying with these rules to leave the Club.
Photography and video recording within the applied golf course area are not permitted without prior approval from the Manager.
Littering is prohibited. Waste must be disposed of in designated trash bins, and cigarette butts must be placed in ashtrays or handed to caddies or staff.
Noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing Members and guests.
15.1 Food and beverages from outside the Club are not permitted.
15.2 Pets are not allowed within the Club.
15.3 Weapons or objects that may cause injury are strictly prohibited.
Members and visitors may submit feedback via the Suggestion Book at the clubhouse, by email, or directly to the Manager.
17.1 The restaurant is open to Members, Members’ Guests, and visitors. Other guests must book in advance and obtain the Manager’s approval.
17.2 For groups of twenty (20) persons or more, reservations must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
17.3 Any special events must be reserved at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance.
18.1 Players and spectators shall receive locker keys from the reception desk for use on the day of play.
18.2 Locker keys must be returned before leaving the Club.
18.3 Lost locker keys will be charged in accordance with Club regulations.
18.4 Individuals are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company bears no liability for loss or damage.
19.1 Conference facilities are available for lease.
19.2 Use of conference rooms requires booking at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance and confirmation from Club staff.
19.3 Members and guests are responsible for any damage caused during use.
20.1 The Club discourages carrying valuables. If valuables are brought in, they must remain with the owner at all times. Staff and caddies are not permitted to hold valuables.
20.2 The Club bears no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
21.1 The Company is financially responsible for accidents only to the extent covered by insurance policies purchased by the Company.
21.2 The Company is not responsible for damage to personal equipment or belongings.
21.3 Members and guests are responsible for any conduct endangering themselves or others.
All persons must check in at Reception and sign the required statement prior to accessing the course and facilities.
