B. REGULATIONS OF GOLF PLAY

1. NUMBER OF PLAYERS IN A GROUP

1.1 A group must consist of a minimum of two (02) and a maximum of four (04) players.

1.2 Single players may be grouped with others.

1.3 Two-player groups may be required to join additional players upon staff instruction.

1.4 Groups of five (05) or more are not permitted to play together.

 

2. HANDICAP AND SCORE CARD

2.1 The Manager may refuse play to any player without a handicap.

2.2 Members’ scorecards must be submitted after each round. Official handicaps are issued after recording at least twenty (20) rounds.

2.3 Non-Members may obtain handicaps upon request and payment of applicable fees.

 

3. TEE TIME

3.1 Members have priority in reserving tee times and caddies.

3.2 Reservations may be made by phone, email, or in person and must be confirmed.

3.3 Tee times may be reserved up to eight (08) days in advance and at least one (01) day prior to play.

3.4 Only one tee time per reservation is permitted.

3.5 Members may reserve up to two (02) weekday groups and one (01) weekend/holiday group. Overbooking requires Manager approval.

3.6 Private tournaments must be arranged at least fourteen (14) days in advance.

 

4. CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.

4.2 Cancellations must be submitted by email for confirmation.

4.3 First no-show will receive a warning.

4.4 Three (03) no-shows may result in reservation restrictions or suspension of Membership privileges.

 

5. LATE ARRIVALS AND PLAYERS WITHOUT RESERVATIONS

5.1 Players must arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to tee time.

5.2 Late arrivals or walk-ins are subject to Manager decision.

 

6. PACE OF PLAY

6.1 Standard pace is two (02) hours and fifteen (15) minutes per nine holes.

6.2 Players must keep pace with the group ahead.

6.3 Marshals may instruct slow groups to speed up.

6.4 Groups unable to maintain pace may be repositioned.

6.5 Breaks are allowed only if they do not delay play.

6.6 Stopping groups may experience delays.

6.7 Slower groups must allow faster groups to play through.

6.8 Repeated slow play may result in warnings or restrictions.

6.9 “Call Up” procedures may be applied on par-3 holes.

6.10 Players may be advanced to maintain pace.

 

7. GOLF CARTS

7.1 Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license.

7.2 Cart renters are responsible for cart care.

7.3 Renters are liable for damages caused by improper operation.

7.4 Caddies may only drive carts at the player’s request; liability rests with the player.

7.5 A maximum of two (02) players, two (02) caddies, and two (02) golf bags per cart is permitted.

7.6 Carts must follow cart paths and posted instructions.

 

8. SAFETY ON THE GOLF COURSE

8.1 Players must ensure their shots do not endanger others.

8.2 Players must shout “Ball” or “Fore” if danger exists.

8.3 Lightning Procedures:
All play must cease immediately when lightning is present or upon warning siren.

8.3.1 One long siren blast indicates immediate stoppage.

8.3.2 Three short blasts indicate resumption.

8.3.3 Caddies violating safety rules may be disciplined and held liable.

8.3.4 Play resumes only upon Manager authorization.

 

9. MANAGING GOLF PLAY

9.1 The Manager has authority over tee times and pace of play.

9.2 Players must comply with all Manager instructions and Club regulations.

9.3 Players may submit complaints to the Manager for fair review.

 

10. GOLF COURSE ETIQUETTE

10.1 Players must behave politely at all times.

10.2 The Spirit of the Game

10.2.1 Players must fully comply with the Rules of Golf.

10.2.2 Players must act honestly, courteously, and with sportsmanship at all times.

10.3 Courtesy on the Course

10.3.1 Loud conversations and phone use are prohibited as regulated in Part A.

10.3.2 Players must stand to the side of the line of play and never directly behind the intended ball flight.

10.2.3 Players must not move and must remain quiet while another player is preparing for or playing a shot.

10.2.4 After completing a hole, players must proceed immediately to the next tee. Scoring and discussions shall take place while moving to the next tee.

 

11. OTHER REGULATIONS

11.1 All players must be accompanied by a caddie while playing on the course.

11.2 Non-playing spectators may accompany Members on the course, provided that they pay the applicable spectator fee and comply with the Club’s dress code.

11.3 Each player must use his/her own set of golf clubs. Sharing golf clubs is strictly prohibited.

11.4 Players without a night golf booking who are still on the course when it becomes dark may be permitted to complete their final holes under the lights, subject to the Manager’s approval.

11.5 Players are responsible for preserving the condition of the Club’s property and shall be liable for any damage caused by their actions.

 

12. NIGHT GOLF

12.1 Night golf shall be available in accordance with schedules announced by the Club from time to time.

12.2 Course lighting will be turned off at the designated time announced by the Club. No discounts, refunds, or credits shall be given for unfinished rounds.

12.3 Night golf may be cancelled due to inclement weather or safety concerns at the sole discretion of the Manager.

 

13. DRIVING RANGE

The driving range is open to players upon payment of applicable fees in accordance with the Club’s regulations. Equipment belonging to the driving range must not be taken to or used on the golf course.
